Recipe for 10 people

Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Spanish Pepper
2 Onions
5 Garlic Cloves
280g Double Tomato Concentrate
1 tbsp Sugar Sirup
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Spices: Paprika, Curry, Smoked Chili Flakes, Oregano, Basil
Recipe:
Remove the juicy insides of the tomatoes.
Remove the insides, the stem and the seeds of the bell peppers.
Remove the seeds and seed list of the spanish pepper (unless you like it very spicy). Slice it in small pieces.
Peel and remove the (green) hart of the garlic cloves.
Peel the onions.
Slice all vegetables in big pieces and throw them into the blender together with the tomato concentrate, sugar sirup, vinegar and spices.
Blend with pulses to make sure it doesn't become juice.
Taste and add spices or cider vinegar if necessary.
