Sometimes you just have those moments you want to eat something healthy but you are to lazy to go all in. Well this was that kind of moment with me.
An overripe banana and a ready-to-eat mango where smiling at me so i had to dig in. But when I mixed it up it missed some freshness, so the yoghurt was added.
It was delicious then but it missed some fullness in the taste combination so I dared to add some salt.
The result was this nice mango-smoothie. Creamy and fresh because of the yoghurt. A full taste thanks to the banana. And the feeling you get you are somewhere on a sunny destination just because the ingredients are in total balance.
Well I can write whatever I want here, so if you want to believe me (or not), the only way is to take it to the test yourself. Hope you like it as much as I do.
It was a great day to start my day.
