Recipe for 12 people

Ingredients:
1 Mango
5 Tomaten
1 Paprika
3 Onions
4 Garlic Cloves
700 g Canned Crispy Corn
Salt & Pepper
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Fresh Basil
Recipe:
Cut the Onions, Paprika and Mango in small cubes.
Remove the insides of the Tomatoes and slice them in small cubes.
Peel the Garlic Cloves and remove the (green) hart. Crush it with a garlic press.
Put the Corn in a strainer and rinse it. Let it leak out.
Chop the fresh Basil finely.
Put all vegetables in a bowl, add Olive Oil, chopped Basil, pressed Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Salt & Pepper. Mix everything gently.
