Festive Corn Salad

Recipe for 12 people

Prep time: 30 min


Ingredients:

  • 1 Mango

  • 5 Tomaten

  • 1 Paprika

  • 3 Onions

  • 4 Garlic Cloves

  • 700 g Canned Crispy Corn

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar

  • Fresh Basil



Recipe:

  • Cut the Onions, Paprika and Mango in small cubes.

  • Remove the insides of the Tomatoes and slice them in small cubes.

  • Peel the Garlic Cloves and remove the (green) hart. Crush it with a garlic press.

  • Put the Corn in a strainer and rinse it. Let it leak out.

  • Chop the fresh Basil finely.

  • Put all vegetables in a bowl, add Olive Oil, chopped Basil, pressed Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Salt & Pepper. Mix everything gently.
