This is my Guacamole recipe I use for years. In the 12 years I make it I haven't changed it because it is such a creamy delight. And also it definitely is a crowd pleaser. So when I make this, I make sure I have enough.

Recipe for 14 people
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
3 Ripe Avocado's
2 Limes
1 Chili pepper
20 g Fresh Cilantro Leaves.
Salt & Pepper
1/2 tbsp Paprika Powder
1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Recipe:
Squeeze the Limes for the Juice.
Remove the seeds and Chop the Chili Pepper in small pieces.
Chop the Cilantro.
Peel and remove the pit of the Avocado. Cut in small pieces and Crush everything.
Mix the Avocado with the Chili Pepper, Cilantro, Herbs and Spices. Add bits of Lime Juice until you get the desired acidity. I like it quite sour, it gives that extra freshness.
When you do a taste test and there's something missing but you don't really know what it is... just add a pinch of Salt.
